Where can I find the instructions and directions for this product?

I’m industry and have lots of modernist experience, so instructions aren’t necessary for a tool like this. If you a new to spherification, my best advice is to first execute a recipe that is proven and known to work. So many people think that they can make caviar with one blanket recipe and it doesn’t work like that. Without getting into the chemistry of the reaction... There are many variables that can affect how successful your application will turn out, like acidity et al. Online search for a recipe (there are many). There are several free resources online (not sure if I’m allowed to post links). After you’ve made a proven caviar recipe, then adapt it towards your own creativity.

Is there a video to see how to use?

Does it take a special chemical to make the spheres?
