Great book! This is good for people who want to learn chemistry or refresh on it! Easy explanations with practice problems at the end of each chapter!

If you are looking for a nice summary of Chemistry I or Chemistry Honors it's a good book. However I was expecting more practice questions from a book called "Study Guide". It offers some exercises and questions at the end of each chapter but I wish they had more practice and less theory overview.

I got this book to help my high schooler with homework.

All you need know is that it is all you need. This is not basic, although, any knowledge base will advance their understanding of chemistry with this book. It won't dumb you down, and is less confusing than, "Chemistry for Idiots!" - go figure!

It’s also great that it includes QR codes to access short online videos for extra help — those really came in handy when I needed something explained visually. This book helped me feel more confident about entering my honors chemistry class and gave me a solid foundation before the year even started. Definitely recommend for anyone who wants a strong head start or just needs extra review.
