Love how these work!!!
A naturopath recommended them as a detox! I took 2 at night and 2 in the morning and it helps clear you out! But not in the way where you need to stay home. Haha

Very effective.
This is the one supplement I will not be without. I don't use it for weight loss but when I run out, my feet and ankles swell. The combination is very effective for bloating and water retention.
