This is truly great! i have the roll and really hate figuring out how to cut it the exact size every time... i always end up wasting some and it gets annoying, and costly. So i finally decided to try the pre-cut ones - SUCCESS! they are perfect size, so no more waste :).perfect for no bake cheese cakes! they come out so pretty :) :) :)

Makes for very smooth edges.
Very useful when making mirror glazed cakes with mousse. Allows for a very clean edge on the mousse. Also very good when trying to line fondant up in a very straight line.
