In less than a month after purchasing and burying this we received lots of positive feedback, several people wanting to make offers, and accepted an official offer to sell! The home was listed for 3 months prior and no real action leading to an offer, but, this statue worked!

I’ve used this statue to sell two houses in the past year. Mine and my mother’s. I’m not super devout but my mom is VERY faithful. We buried him as directed, and her house sold on the first day. Not only did it sell, but it was still technically off market and sold for more than asking. My house took a little longer for a variety of reasons I won’t go into here but I didn’t bury him right away. When I did, we got absolutely the perfect buyer for the house. We’d had some lowball developer offers previously but that’s not what we wanted for our historic home. I was very pleased with both results and recommend this to anyone who has a little faith. For us, we had absolutely the best situation happen in both sales. AND then found the perfect house to buy, by the way. We’d been shopping for months and months but nothing was just right. Once our house sold, a house came up on the market that ticked all the boxes and we won the bid even though we weren’t the highest offer. You just have to have Faith :)

Really works, just put it yesterday and said the prayer twice, we got 3 visits and one offer in 2 days Amazing! Can’t wait to sell this house and show the statue in my new house
