Does the strip adjustable for the leg? because the picture didn't show how this would be adjustable.

It's a Velcro fastener so it's adjustable by how tight you make the Velcro fastener.

Is the pen holder reversible so that this can be worn on either the right or left leg?

Yes it is. It is part of the strap and can be removed and installed in reverse to get the pen holder on the other side. Good product and useful.
