The tin that does what it says on the tin?
It's a five star review, but of course a lot of this is based on trust. You take the sanitiser tin out, plug it in (it's USB-C), and place your items inside, but from that point on - because I don't work in a laboratory with access to any way of testing this - you have to assume that it's working. You can either do a 3 minute or an 8 minute "clean" (for really filthy items?) and at the end you have a bacteria free phone/ MP3 player/anything-that fits. I can't really say that my phone has ever worried me to the point where I've felt the need to sanitise it, but I do think that the idea of putting make up brushes and the like in there is a great idea. The box also doubles up as a wireless charger, and yes - it works. I didn't get a "fast-charge" symbol on my Samsung phone, but it (and my iPhone 12 Pro Max) did charge up, as did numerous sets of earbuds. Would I use this instead of my regular MagSafe charger, for instance? No, but I guess if it's out on the side in a bedroom, plugged in and waiting to sanitise your items, then it doesn't hurt to drop a phone on top.Ultimately, whether or not this is any good for you depends on the amount of times you think you'll use it and how concerned you are about bacteria. It does take up a lot of room compared to a regular charging pad, so as far as that goes I would treat that side of it as a bonus rather than as the main reason for purchasing.

Works well as a sanitiser, but not so good as a charger.
I’ve used third-party wireless chargers before, and they are more or less the same. They depend on the output wattage and this could range from 5w to 20w. I’ve also used UV phone sanitisers before, but never have I come across these two different products incorporated into one. This is an innovative idea from Lumily and for the most part, works well enough. This product saves space and is uniquely functional at sanitising and charging. The cavity of this product is large enough to house any sort of phone and since it is on a tray/grate it offers 360 sanitisations of bacteria and viruses. Very useful indeed in the current climate. This product is described as a phone sanitiser but in actuality, you can sanitise anything that fits within the cavity. As a sanitiser, it works well enough as a wireless charger it’s not so good. On the box or description, I cannot find where the stated output power is. It just states that it will work with all QI enabled phones, which it does - well at least with the Android and iPhones I’ve tried charging on it.The problem is the charging time is very slow, I suspect the output wattage is not above 5w and the latest chargers offering fast charge with wired or wireless technology. This wireless charger function feels redundant and gimmicky. Thus, leading to the conclusion that what was once a unique concept has turned into something less interesting, and no longer as useful or as good a value.

UV Sanitiser
An ok hand sanitiser. However there is a metal grid that goes in between in the mirror and UV which holds yours belongings in order to reflect the UV on the under side of it so it is able to reflect the UV rays on all aspects and not just the top. But it’s made of metal, this could potentially scratch your phone for example and it’s very loose and doesn’t hold in there very well. A plastic type grid would work better and less chance of scratches. apart from that a good quality device a bit expensive but it is a wireless charger too so does have two purposes, a bit big to travel and there is no travel case which I think would have been a good addition. Overall I’d recommend.

Great quality, nicely packaged!
Not the fastest of wireless charges built into this device, but then again you shouldn’t charge your phone fast all the time anyway. Item is well made and I love the fact my phone can be sterilised with ease.

Seems okay
As a charger this does work albeit somewhat slowly. As an effective sanitiser who can say? It seems to be reasonably well put together and not too flimsy or dangerous.
