Great health benefits because it’s gives you a lot more of the daily doses you need to intake. Definitely a great value. The color of the pills really doesn’t matter. You will have to take 4 medium sized pills per serving which is a lot. The size is pretty big. Only a 30 days supply with each bottle recommended by the manufacturer. So it does cost. Easy to use. just take 4 pills first thing in the morning while you make your coffee, protein shake and creatine water. It will turn your urine very fluorescent. Almost glow in the dark. Don’t freak out. That’s normal when you’re taking supplements. I recommend drinking plenty of water. I highly recommend this brand. This is my second bottle and I have also purchased other supplement products from this company. They offer a wide range of supplements for a good price. Good quality and reviews from other people who train, exercise and take care of their health.

Don’t get me wrong the multivitamin that is almost 35 bucks for a month supply isn’t bad compared to other multivitamins on the market, but I do have to say that the vitamin pack from Gnc the beyond raw has to be one number one intake.

I’ve realized I prefer solid tablet style multis than powder encapsulated ones. These go down fine but 15 minutes after I can feel powder wanting to come up if I burp. And they smell and taste sort of weird. Not terrible, but not pleasant. As far as results I can’t honestly say I’ve noticed a difference. Trying to stay unbiased to other brands I’ve tried but I have had much more noticeable results with the big three letter brand men’s multi.

It’s a great vitamin, gives me energy and feeling young.

These multivitamins doesn’t smell the greatest but are easy to swallow. I would say these are adequately priced compared to others. But, I enjoyed the quality of these vitamins and the all in one aspect they provide for me.
