I’ve been smoking for almost 20 years this works I’m on day 7 and I’ve already moved to stage 2 this works so well you honestly don’t even need to wait the full 2 weeks to start the next step you can feel this working the first night you do have minor withdrawal symptoms like a slight headache but goes away after after 2 days just keep drinking water it really helps!! I am having good results using the Filtrim. I have been a heavy smoker for many years. With the first stage (there are 4) of using the Filtrim I have already noticed an improvement in my breathing. I felt only mild nicotine withdrawal for the first 3 days. I'm ready to move on to stage 2 and am confident that I can follow the program through to the end. I think the key is the gradual nicotine withdrawal and not having to give up the act of smoking all at once. Of course, there's also the benefit of getting less tar and carbon monoxide. Compare the end of your cigarette filter with and without Filtrim. I actually smoke fewer cigarettes now than I did before I started using Filtrim and for me that's saying something. The product has a good heft to it, the black and gold is very attractive, and it's very easy to use. The enclosed brochure is very informative as well. Well worth the price.

I haven't given a 5 star because I have not completed the last phase. I'm only on the 2nd out of 4. I can tell you that I don't wish to go back to the original full flavored cigarette. It seems to be too strong now.

I am hopeful this little gadget will help me end a 40 year 2 pack a day habit/addiction! I love that it is NOT a nicotine replacement that just keeps me addicted to another form of nicotine delivery. I also really like that you can customize this to your personal journey with quitting. I have just started stage 2 after 3 weeks on stage 1. I feel guilty when I don't punch my little holes lol...any other time I have tried to quit the withdrawals were more than I was ready to handle...with this like I said you can customize to your own needs. I did experience a mild withdrawal headache mid to late week 1 and I won't be surprised if that is the case on each stage. Again the way I look at it is for the price of roughly half a carton of smokes you OWN this so if you don't make it on the first try there is no further investment and you can start over ANY TIME no more out of pocket expense! I have a friend who is doing it with me the buddy system ALWAYS helps but again it is so self customizable I really think it will work if you truly WANT TO QUIT! Good luck to you and don't be down on yourself if you have to stay at a level longer than the 2 weeks just keep the end goal in sight and do what feels right for you! OH ps I love watching the smoke come out the holes and knowing I am NOT getting that smoke in me its GREAT! Hopefully in about 6 more weeks I will be able to proudly say "I DON'T SMOKE" Good luck! i love smoking, i love cigarettes but i can't afford it. i've been trying for years to quit. nic gum, vaps, mints, patch, pills I've tried them all. when I tell you this thing is some voodoo hoodoo i ain't lying. like i said, my only motivation to quit is financial. i haven't been making any effort to cut back, just punching the holes and leveling up every 3 weeks. i didn't start noticing a difference till phase 3. all of a sudden i went from 5-6 packs a week to 2! didn't even notice until i saw my bank statement. i can even skip my breakfast cig, that beautiful first smoke of the day with a coffee. i don't need it, i have it if i want it , but i don't NEED it. i tried to find out more information on this thing and there's nothing. NOTHING. just a couple how to videos and the Amazon sale. that's it. weird huh? but given how well this worked, i wouldn't be surprised if big tobacco was behind its secrecy. lol. recommend %100, even if you don't want to quit this thing will work.

I had a problem with the delivery of the product. I immediately contacted the seller and they sent out a replacement at no cost and very fast. They also followed up with an email to make sure I not only received the replacement product, but to make sure that I was satisfied with the product. As far as the product itself, it is very well built, and very sturdy and solid. There was absolutely no issue with it and it worked as intended. So far after just a few weeks, I've cut my smoking in half. Having had issues quitting in the past, and trying everything from medication, to gum and patches, this seems like one of the safest ways to go about quitting. It's extremely easy to use too! I would definitely recommend this to a friend or family member. 5 Stars!

This is a quality, well-made item. I appreciated having it to add extra holes into the cigarettes I had, which were really strong. I would say using this did help while on my journey, but this wasn't the reason I quit. I did that by buying all-natural supplements.
