What is the maximum temperature F/C the 6 mold & 9 mold pans can bake at?

Do the 6-cavity pans nest stacked for storage?

They are fixed on a frame, similar to a muffin pan and if you have more than one pan they won’t nest will due to the shape. They are also thick to handle the high heat to Caramelize the outside and leave the inside soft like custard. Make sure you have a large wire rack to turn out all 6 at the same time. What is the non-stick coating made of?

I believe it's a heavy stainless steel material with a coating, that helps in releasing the canneles easier. Heavy and solidly weighted. Be sure to grease and flour pan. They came out perfect if you follow recipe. You won't be sorry you purchased it. Would not buy silicon for these. You will not get same result. Much cheaper then the original pans made of copper but same result.
