Men's Genuine Leather Multi-Card Long Bifold Wallet For Checkbook Black

While this wallet is somewhat cumbersome and will not fit as easily as smaller wallets in a pant or jacket pocket, it works great for me, as I usually carry the wallet with me in my hand along with my cell phone. If I need to slip it into my pocket for a short time, it's not a problem. The wallet is approximately 7.5" x 3.5" and folds to about 3/4" when loaded up. Everything fits nice and tidy -- nothing (credit cards, money, driver's license) falls out, which was a problem with previous wallets. This wallet is very attractive, sturdy, and well made. There are plenty of slots for credit cards, ID's, etc., and two/three nice areas to stash your bills, plus a little zipper area for small items. The pouch by the zipper compartment will hold a cell phone, if necessary, which is convenient at times, but obviously adds thickness. Really, I love this wallet and have received many nice compliments from others who have seen it. One easily correctable issue is that the clear driver's license/ID pocket had no cut out to enable you to slide out your ID with ease. I simply took a razor blade and cut out a window in the plastic about 1"x2", and I can slide the ID out effortlessly with my thumb.

This is my second one only because the first one was stolen out of my truck. The issue is for me, finding rear pockets that are deep enough so the wallet doesn't 'pop out' when I sit down.

I love this wallet! My old tri-fold was too thick with all my cards and it would press against a nerve in my butt which would make just that cheek go numb (sorry if too much info, but unless you've gone through that, you don't understand the struggle!) Anyways, this gives me no such problem. Two issues I did have but still not big enough of a problem to knock down a 5-star rating. 1) One of the slots for the credit cards, just one, was stitched a little too close or something because it was extremely hard to get a card in there. But with a little elbow greese I got it in after stretching it out and thankfully the seam didn't tear. 2) And this is of no fault of the manufacturer, but it's such a slim profile that I often have to remind myself to check my pocket to ensure I still have it because I wouldn't realize if it slipped out, even fully loaded. I guess some could say that's a compliment. All in all, very practical and space saving. Thanks!

Bought this for my father as he insisted he did not want the standard bifold wallet...so after months of searching, kept drawing up purses or cheque books, this was such a find. simple and manly, and relatively cheap. He's very pleased with it. Not giving it 5star cos the piece of card it came with had all sorts of typos and makes me doubt it's 100% leather claim. But will definitely buy again if necessary

Purchased this for myself. I’ve been using this every day for about 2-3 months now. It still looks new. Great durability. Plenty of pockets for your cards and enough money slots. The zipper pocket works great for coins if you want, I use it to store important receipts. Even my iPhone fits in one of the pockets. Would recommend for any male looking for a nice wallet. Wouldn’t recommend for a female. Looks more manly then feminine.

This is a nice product. The leather is soft and supple. I have many cards I don't carry with me, as well as checks I rarely use. I needed I nice wallet for my desk drawer and this works perfectly. I would use this as a billfold, as well, perhaps with formalwear, where a back-pocket wallet wouldn't be appropriate. It's quite attractive. The leather is genuine, soft and supple.

I had been carrying the same wallet for over a decade. The old one was nothing special; some run-of-the-mill piece pulled off of a Walmart shelf. But it has served me well, and I liked the layout of it. As corners get worn and some of the stitching started to go, I thought about replacing it, but finding a wallet with the same layout was difficult. When the ID window started to fall out, I decided that a new wallet was no longer optional. I looked in local store, and found nothing satisfactory. I looked on Amazon and found this wallet. This wallet has the same layout as my old wallet, though it is bigger. Nothing deal-breaking. It has an accordion-fold bill pouch on one side, expandable to what looks to be 1/2", which isn't particularly necessary, but not completely off-putting. It is a fraction of an inch wider than my old wallet in each direction, which is okay, but not great. The leather doesn't feel particularly well processed, but neither does it seem overly cheap; just a simple it-will-do-the-job sort of leather. It looks to have some sort of pressed texturing; again superfluous, but not deal-breaking. The stitching looks complete; no loose threads or missing seams. One major problem is the ID window. Most wallet-makers will have the foresight to add a hole in the center of the ID window to allow traction with a finger and make consciously sliding your ID out of the wallet easier. This wallet does not have such a hole, and removing your ID is much more difficult than my last wallet. Generally, I remove my driver's license at least once a week, and without the window cutout, I have to push my finger behind the ID while it is still in the ID pocket in order to gain the friction needed to remove it. I can easily see the leather lining around the window stretching, making the retention of the most important thing in my wallet more likely to fall out unintentionally. This is actually a deal breaker for me, but it isn't Monhinty's fault that I didn't check this feature before I bought it. I will go ahead and use this wallet until I can find another one to replace it. So, ultimately, there is nothing special about this wallet. The only major problem is pretty specific to people who routinely take their ID out, so for most people, it isn't a problem.

This was a Christmas present for my husband. He absolutely loved it! The high quality of the leather and the number of slots for credit cards is amazing! Its long and slim design fits nicely in his pockets and has so much more room than his last wallet. This is exactly what he wanted!

Good quality but price is quite high.
