Great, warm light, easy to install

These are a little on the costly side but after trying to save a few dollars on a cheaper set that physically got hot to the touch At connection box . Will always choice this brand plus they have great connections to avoid wire nuts . Lights look great and have several light settings. Easy to install . Be careful buying the off brands .

Easy to install. The larger size covers up an ugly hole left by an old pendant. Bright enough for a 12-ft ceiling. The color selection function is a must-have. It didn't say in the product title or description but this downlight is pretty anti-glare.

Nice and bright. Listed so the electrical inspector was happy.

I've installed two (1 white and 1 ORB) of these 4 inch lights in the bathrooms of a client's fiberglass tub/shower combo from the 80's. The installation is very simple and while I didn't need the directions, taking a cursory look they appeared to cover everything. The client is very pleased with the end result except the ORB is a light bronze and not even close to being a good match for any of her American Standard ORB fixtures or hardware. In addition the trim ring measures 7/8" wide and appears to be wider than what is pictured. A foam sealing gasket is supplied, but since this installation was in the ceiling of the fiberglass tub/shower I recommended a small bead of silicone or tub and tile caulk under the outer lip of the trim ring. I noticed the junction box did get hot as was noted by another reviewer but it wasn't an issue for either the client or myself. One star was deducted because the second installation revealed an inconsistency with the wire connectors in the junction boxes. All the general wiring circuits in this home are 20-Amp with 12 AWG wire and I had to cut off the connectors attached to the wires in the junction box on the ORB fixture and use wire nuts while the white fixture installed a couple months earlier had no issues. When I explained why I was using wire nuts to the client she showed me the directions that said "the wiring compartment can accommodate up to 4 12-gauge insulated conductors." Using wire nuts is not an issue for me and something I'm always prepared for, but it could be for a DIYer who doesn't have an assortment of electrical supplies on hand.

So overall this light works. The good and bad... The hole was slightly bigger than the previous light I had in so a simple cut and it fit perfectly. Light pushed right into the hole (template provided) and was snug but easy enough to pull down to change the brightness/color of the light. Even for the 2nd to last setting, it was plenty bright for a basement light. Brightest setting was actually too bright. So now the bad...the wires did not fit into the connectors provided. If the wire gauge is smaller, it would snap right into the connector and it's a simple plug and play, unfortunately, I needed to cut the connectors off and twist connect them. The light takes a fraction of a second to turn on. I use this in my basement for the bottom of the stairs. the light at the top is a regular bulb and turns on instantly, you can see this one turns on a fraction of a second later. Really not a big deal and didn't notice it until my son pointed it out. Overall, can't complain and for the price, great value. There were so many other options and since this was for the basement, I went with the least expensive and I have no complaints. With so many similar products out there, I hope this review was helpful!

Dans l'annonce il est spécifié: "design innovant ultra fin". Il n'y a rien de fin. Les ressorts des lampes ne permettent de les poser dans un espace de 1 po 3/4 de libre. Les boîtiers sont énormes. Je les ai retournés pour acheter un set de 12 à moitié du prix des Juno qui sont fins et fonctionnent à merveille de 2700k à 5000k.
