Surprisingly, filling!
I've eaten this right from the can, out of the bowl with chopped zucchini, added, and, on the recommendation of someone else who gave a review here, used it straight from the can with pepper, jack cheese, added, and made an extremely tasty quesadilla. This is excellent for lunch, or even a light supper. It is surprisingly filling and very good! I know it's a little pricey, but what you were getting is quality ingredients high in protein and relatively low in calories. I've had the red been salad, which is what I used for the quesadilla, the pasta tuna salad, and the tuna salad with quinoa. All are very good. They're also good to have on hand for times when you can't get to the store or are you simply don't feel like cooking. I generally buy a four pack of each variety and keep them in my cupboard. Highly recommended!

Tasty and easy.
This has got to be one of the very best quick snacks or small meals available in the US. Of course, if you don’t like tuna, then you won’t like this, but if you do, it’s a winner. Three variances all slightly different and enough to make a good variety When I was on the diet and trying to eat fast. I had one of these for lunch every day for 60 days and I never got bored with it.

Taste is GREAT! a healthy and fast way to get a good meal. I wonder if I could make something similar for less money though.

Make it perfect by adding a plastic fork
Delicious and very easy to serve. I am 76 and live alone. I don’t cook for myself anymore. This red bean and tuna salad is SO tasty, healthful and full of good nutrients. Filling and satisfying. I highly recommend it.

Lovely mix of tuna, beans, veggies and spice in a light oil.
Lovely mix of tuna, beans and veggies. Has a hint of spice. Packed in a bit of oil, but not a lot. As someone wanting to increase my B12 consumption, but not make big batches of tuna salad, this is perfect for me. I eat it at room temp. Amazon's is a great price. Would be easy to toss in a tote or backpack for folks who are commuting.

Delicious, Healthy and Versatile
I love Wild Planet. It is delicious on its own...the tuna perfectly seasoned with a fine olive oil, the kidney beans firm as is the corn. But as good as it is on its own, I love to add a 7 oz package of Barilla Pasta (any premade pasta will do), then add Rao's pesto (2 to 4 tbsps, and again choose your own pesto brand) some Chili Roasted Pistachios (yummy, yummy) topped off with a decent amount of shaved Parmesan Reggiano and boom just like that you have a good meal. I often take this to work. "Nuke" the pasta with the company microwave and toss all the ingredients in a bowl and instead of settling for a boring lunch meal, I have a meal packed with nutrition that is also inviting. This is just my little recipe. But I'm sure there are many other ways to be creative with Wild Planet Tuna. What recipes have you come up with. Maybe make an egg/tuna salad with the white bean variety...oh yeah! And careful harvesting of tuna means a lot to me. So Wild Planet is a win win.

TOO EXPENSIVE FOR WHAT IT IS.
Kind of a good idea, but way too expensive for its size—and too oily and too peppery. Yes, I realize there is something to be paid for convenience. But this inspired me, like I imagine it has for many others, to just make my own. Use good quality tuna or sardines, vary among all matter of great beans or lentils, use a reasonable amount of oil, control the salt, control the spices. Kitchen + Love products are also expensive, but I find them better executed. These pre-prepared, "healthy" meals is a valid and I expect quite attractive market, Hope to see more efforts from other companies. And In did I say expensive.
