I am so happy with this product, I just don't know where to start. I initially bought this for my son who has been having problems with insomnia and anxiety at night. I purchased a bottle of GABA and Serotonin. My husband and I wanted to try it first before we gave it to our 11-year old. We started on the GABA and slept so DEEPLY and so SOUNDLY that we were amazed in the morning. He wakes up at 3am worrying about work and I always wake up rehashing every single bad decision I've ever made. We had such a good experience with the GABA that we also added the Serotonin. I wake up in the morning feeling so good. If you add the serotonin, make sure you leave yourself a block of time to sleep. Those two combined knocks us out! We were so happy with the performance, that we gave it to our son. I am happy to report that my son is sleeping better (he has PANS) and his anxiety is at an all time low. I think what most impresses me about this company is their transparency. They don't put cheap, crap fillers into their products and you can see the supply chain. I am so super happy with this product.

I took this product for its mental calming aspects beyond its sleep aid components. I was looking for an alternative to cannabis to help me deal with some adult ADD symptoms. In comparison to other gaba supplements I did notice an increased effect, a slowing down of anxiety. Nothing like a prescription or drug would do, but gentle. I was able to go grocery shopping and feel relatively normal. I also had very little delay in falling asleep the first evening. I’m excited to see how this supplement can help me in my day to day anxiety and mood management.

This product is well thought out, not you average GABA. When our health food store stopped carrying it (this is expensive) I was very happy to find it on Amazon at a fair price and fresh.

Zero effect.

I had been struggling with insomnia for months.... I thought it was due to stress, diet, etc.... just couldn't seem to break it. I decided to look into supplements a bit and I stumbled upon Natural Stacks products in the process. I've been taking MagTech and GABA and I've magically been able to fall asleep and for the most part stay asleep. I still wake up throughout the night and a couple times have had trouble winding down, but for the most part I believe this product has delivered as promised. I have been taking it regularly without any noticeable side effects and plan to continue!
