Blanket is really good, but there is no autocut facility if you forgot to switched off, than it can burn the entire house. So dangerous too. Quality is really good.

Due to some defect the blanket after a year of use it stopped heating. I approached the seller on Amazon and got there mobile number . They approved me thought my mobile number and email and the response was out of the way. They just sent be another new blanket at their cost in 2 days. They were very polite and responsive to the issue I had faced. 5 star rating to customer satisfaction specially when something goes wrong. I am very happy and totally satisfied by their response. Also I gave a feedback to then that they should include their mobile number in the lable of the blanket so that incase of any issue approaching them would be easy. Good blanket and service.

Have had this electric blanket for 11 months now and use it for the colder months and general aches and pains. No problems or issues and easy to handle. I either use it to heat up the bed immediately before sleeping in colder months (it has two heat settings of high and low or you can also pick positional settings of top or feet). I don't run all night long. Or I use it for heat therapy for aches and pains for 15-30 minutes as required for physical therapy or cramps. This is not a medical endorsement! If you use it for longer please check with your Doctor especially if you have diabetes or less sensitivity in your skin due to other conditions. I keep it dry and don't bend or fold it. It is also placed between the mattress and my sheet. Hoping it will continue to make this winter as comfortable as last winter. Would fully recommend.

Ordered blanket size was 150cmx80cm,but actual blanket recieved was 76cmx150cm.seconndly even after initial heating was poor,even after three hours heating blanket did not get warm. Pamflet/ broucher shows item was inspected . But even our it is rejected. Do not suggest such supplier
