Made a simple low temperature "winter watchman" out of it. Put it in a "single gang extension ring handy box" style box which is open on both sides. The thermostat goes in one side of the box and the duplex outlet in the other. The cord goes in the end through a clamp connector. Should be more stable and accurate than the older devices for sale.

Easy 2 wire installation and it maintains the temperature in my room within 1 degree from high to low.

Doesnt take alot of room in the box like most others do. Works as should and good price

Don't freak out, its just a switch and you can easily use them in most contact style furnaces as a thermostat since none use over 2 amps to run the control boards in them.

It works. My old one didn't. It's much easier to understand than digital models with buttons.

I use these to control portable oil filled Delonghi heaters. There is not much to choose from unless I went digital, but I only need two wires. If this one lasts 30 years like the other brand I used to be able to buy, then it is doing good. I wire this to a separate wall receptacle, connect both to a junction box, plug a cord from the box into a 110v wall socket, then plug the heater cord into the receptacle on the box. I also put a thermometer beside the box. I set the controls on the heater to maximum. This keeps the points and control switch on the heaters from frying, the heater lasts longer and gives me a better idea of what the setting and temperature is.
