Q: Got 3 pack of lids 2 months ago. really liked them. however one cracked and leaks. can it be replaced? can't find contact info.

Ours started leaking after 4 months, even with no cracks. Bought them for lunches.

Q: Is the flip cap lid easy to open? Will this leak?

My caps are easy to open...I have not experienced any leakage.

Q: Does the lid stay back while drinking?

Yes. The lid stays back while drinking. They seal well so they do not leak, however they are not air right so if I’m storing freshly made juice in them I cover the top of the jar with plastic wrap and then put the lid on. Love them!

Q: Is there a cover in the shop that can be inserted with a straw?

I dont know if you mean a built in straw this one does not have that
