I’m quite into bio-hacking and finding new ways to get certain things our bodies need. I stumbled upon MSN after reading it in the comments section of a health video on YouTube. It arrived the next day with no issues. Great value for money as there 365 tablets. I am taking two a day so for a 6 month supply that’s good. My only fault is the tablet itself is HUGE. It’s definitely a challenge and sometimes takes a few times. But that’s a small price to pay for something that will provide long terms benefits

After a massive flare-up of arthritis when the pain was really bad, I sent away for the MSM tablets and after taking them for several weeks the pain has definitely lessened. Life is worth living again. I would recommend that fellow sufferers give them a try. I find them rather large to swallow, but I believe this to be problem with taking any MSM in tablet form. They can be broken in half then swallowed, which helps. Good value for money.

The size is a bit too big to me

Good for when you're aging helpful with joints. Side effect it has thicken my hair up which is great too, it did take time but happy with it.

Never used or heard of msm before. I have had a frozen shoulder for over 2 years and could not even raise it more than parallel to my body. I started off on a double dose of these and am now on day 5. These are amazing. I can now raise my arm above my head and actually sleep on it too. Will definitely be buying this again.

Just be aware that these are VERY large tablets. I tried breaking them in half, which is easy, but the sharp edges they create make swallowing difficult. Back now to taking one at a time with large amounts of water.

It is suggested that this prevents arthritis from developing. Both sides of my family is riddled with arthritis. All except for me. If there is any truth in the idea, it is as a preventative and not a cure. Maybe I just didn't inherit the gene for arthritis. You can't be objective on the basis of one person's experience.

J ai pris ce produit car il contient de la vitamine C qui accentue son efficacité.Les cachets sont gros mais il suffit de les casser en deux avec la main pour les avaler donc je ne comprends pas qu il y ait autant de commentaires à ce sujet...Car ces cachets sont quand même plus pratique que la poudre qui a un goût infect.En plus vu le prix et la quantité c'est cadeau.
