Use With Extreme Caution – Serious Side Effects
I purchased this product to support prostate health, unaware of its potential risks. Pygeum is known to inhibit the 5-alpha-reductase (5AR) enzyme, which plays a role in hormone regulation. Unfortunately, after using it, I began experiencing symptoms consistent with Post-Finasteride Syndrome (PFS) – a condition linked to 5AR inhibitors. These physical, sexual and neurological symptoms have significantly impacted my health and quality of life, and may be permanent. While some people may tolerate pygeum well, I urge potential buyers to research thoroughly before use. The effects of 5AR inhibitors can be unpredictable, and the risks are not widely discussed. If you’ve experienced similar issues, I recommend visiting PFS Network or SideFXHub websites for support and information. This is not to disparage the product itself – it may benefit others. However, I believe consumers should be aware of potential side effects before deciding to purchase.

Se nota alguna mejora de los síntomas de problemas de próstata tarda meses en alcanzar su máximo efecto. Ho provato ad usarlo in sostituzione del Serenoa per verificarne l'efficacia. Devo dire, che inaspettatamente ho constatato sicuramente una riduzione del PSA di circa il 10/15% in 3 mesi rispetto al precedente esame. Inoltre di notte mi sveglio una volta in meno per urinare. Tanta roba per un semplice integratore. Quindi suggerisco l'acquisto per chi ha problemi come il mio. Ora lo proverò in combinata co il Serenoa e vediamo se ci saranno ulteriori miglioramenti. Nel caso, aggiornerò questa recensione.
