Simple to setup/use
Works great to be able to program smart lock remotely for VRBO

app is a joke.. cheap item
wont tell you exactly what app to download ask way too many questions (address, email, phone number, birth date) and it wont connect.. gateway g2 too expensive for a cheap product.. thank you

Its easy
Works great and is easy to configure.

Low frustration level
My Hornbill dead bolt doesn't have WIFI for safety reasons(Hackers). The Gateway connects to the lock via bluetooth, and it connects to the internet via WIFI. Alexa or the Hornbill app can then control the lock from anywhere that has internet. Just plugged it in and it works, No moving parts, small, not ugly.

wrong gateway for newer electronics
It doesn't work for my schlege keyless entry and still trying it on another system with no luck. I think it's just the wrong gateway but newer items need something other than this. It doesn't plug into the wall either.

Easy to install with my WIFI lock
Just plug it in, went to my lock app, added a gateway and it paired it self with in a few min and was working.

Didn’t work
Disappointed that I ordered this to extend the operation so I could operate remotely from my bedroom but it never worked. My house isn’t that big so it was a huge waste of money!
