This is such a dumb thing to love but I love it
This, for me, is fundamentally a pointless purchase. I could connect my laptop to my monitor, keyboard and everything else just with the ports. But I don't want to do that. I want one single cable that I can plug in. And I want it to LIGHT UP LIKE A DISCO. For me, this dock ticks all the boxes. If you're even considering a thunderbolt dock, you're already spending a lot on something silly, so you might as well go all in. Hopefully this will be future proof (supporting TB4, which none of my devices actually use) and it looks good while doing it. I have currently connected both a Razer Blade 2020 Base and a MacBook Pro 2019 to the dock with no problems, connecting both to an ultrawide 1440p monitor at 165Hz/120Hz refresh rate respectively (don't ask me why the Mac is limited but it's plenty). The Blade also needs its own power cable, since it's power-hungry, but the mac charges just fine off the dock, and there is enough spare juice to power my Pixel stand and charge my peripherals when needed. The only negative is that the cable to the laptop connects to the front of the dock, which is messier than it needed to be, but all TB4 docks seem to be doing this for some reason. Also, just to address the issues reported by other users, I ordered in the UK and got a UK plug, so no problems there. Is it silly? Heck yes. Do I stare mindlessly at the pretty colours? Also yes.

Kind of works, but not really
I was excited to use a thunderbolt 4 dock so I could clean up my workspace and have a quick way of plugging in my laptop and be ready to use multi moniters / keyboard / mouse without having to plug in 5 different things. I am using a Razer Blade 15 so figured compatibility and usabilty would be very high with this product. Laptop charging through USB C did absolutely nothing, even with the Laptop idling on the desktop. Got the charging battery sign on the taskbar, but battery constantly dropping. Most the time I would only use the laptop for light desktop use, so was hoping USB C charging would be enough, but no joy so always had to run the laptops charger whilst being plugged into the dock. Multiple monitors via USB C worked fine. Wireless mouse reciever through USB, worked initially then stopped working after 30 seconds. Charging phone & apple airpod case technically worked, but only went up 5% battery in 2hours, so not worthwhile. So yeah bit bummed really as this unit can't even support basic things that the marketing says it can. Now returned.

Works with Odyssey g9 neo
Got this dock to connect work laptop to the Samsung Odyssey G9 Neo 49” monitor. Works great and can have monitor on full resolution. Only annoyance is I have to unplug and replug the dock to the laptop each time I switch laptop on, otherwise it won’t detect, but this might be a laptop issue

Razer thin functionality
This just does not work. Cannot connect my monitor to it. Cannot keep my laptop charged with it. The only thing that works is a small Sandisk usb drive, but I don’t need a Thunderbolt 4 dock for that. The issue is it’s an expensive paper weight and I want to get a full refund but even Amazon or Razer don’t want it back. That’s how bad it is. I want a refund please I can’t use it.

American plug supplied
Despite being sold on the UK version of Amazon, this is supplied with a US plug. I have asked Razer for support to see what can be done. Not a happy shopper atm.

Je ne laisse jamais voir rarement d'avis, mais... vendu rapidement "ok" mais pas le bon cordon d'alimentation. Encore 20 balles de plus pour l'utiliser et ce n'est noté nulle part sur la fiche produit bien évidemment.

Update 2.Aug/2022 Well, I had to send it back, regrettably. I won't change the rating because the dock does work, unfortunately not on an M1 MacBook Pro. The only way I can run two external monitors at 60hz in extended mode is to plug both monitors directly into the Mac's TB4 ports, leaving just one TB4 port still available on the notebook. My home Win11 laptop, my home Win11 mini pc, my work Win11 laptop, all work perfectly with this dock. I bought it specifically for the MacBook because a normal USB-C dock does not display two extended monitors on it. Turns out neither does a TB4 dock costing 2-3x more. -------- The dock, one day after delivery, appears to work very well with an HP Envy 360 and M1 Macbook Pro 14". Initially I thought I had a defective unit when connecting the Macbook to it, until I realized the supplied TB4 cable wasn't fully inserted into the Macbook's port, and even then a slight movement of the laptop would cause the connection to be lost again. On the HP, the connection was nice and snug, so it seems it's not that the supplied cable is of poor quality but rather another case of Apple cutting corners on their overpriced products. Otherwise, yes, everything works equally well with both notebooks. Two extended monitors via the two TB4 ports, external speakers, three external SSDs. The design of the dock is very nice/minimalistic (though the front TB4 port for powering the notebook is in my opinion a lousy idea), build is excellent. I only wish the listing for this dock stated that it comes with a UK power cable. Luckily the part of the cable that plugs into the brick is one of those standard 3-prong types, which I happened to have spares of that have the EU plug. I am tempted to send the dock back for a refund -- if this was some 40-50 euro gadget with a UK plug, I'd mutter for a minute and then let it go if I had a compatible spare cable, but at 300+ euros, these TB docks are already overpriced and I would at least expect that the seller would make sure to fill in all the product details before a buyer parts with his money and not receive what was expected. Minus one star for this, which is unfair since it's not the dock's fault that it arrived with a UK plug.
