Great jars for homemade beef tallow whipped cream. The dark color of the jars makes it more shelf stable. It’s leak proof and durable. Large enough to hold a lot of cream in. Easy to clean with some soap. The only thing is next time I would get glass instead of plastics to reduce microplastic exposure.
