Not the quality I expected
I’m surprised Makita would put their name on this kind-of shoddily built tool. At least compared to the equally-sized and less expensive Crescent version, everything from the rivets to the moulding and laser-etched engraving is lower in quality on the Makita one. There is even a significant gouge on the top jaw (see picture). Im sure it’ll perform adequately, but not at the price it’s being sold.
