Product was packed well and shipped for quick delivery. It is Stainless and the mesh size and wire diameters are as described. Its a bit pricey, but given the small cut size, thats to be expected and is fine; I don't want to have to buy a whole roll or sheet of this, so thanks to the seller for offering these small cut sizes! Also, the fold-line (as described multiple places in the description-to reduce shipping cost) can easily be restored to near-perfect... it just takes some smallish pliers and a few minutes to gently work the mesh back flat and straighten the wires out to be even more flat than the rest of the panel. I am using this mesh to prevent foreign object debris from entering the oil cooler air ducts on my ZR1. The wires cut easily with sheet-metal shears and the welds do not tear away easily indicating adequate weld penetration to provide sufficient strength for a non-woven mesh. Woven mesh is generally considered stronger but was not an option as my shapes have narrow portions and the resulting short wires tend to fall out of the weave. This welded mesh eliminates that problem, but requires proper weld process control to produce a strong mesh. My shapes were easily hand-formed post-cut, and without any issue of wire separation even wirh the small-ish (but as-described) wire diameters. I can recommend this product if the described physical parameters meet your requirements.

i bought these steel wire panels because i need some heavy duty screen to cover up two 4" vent pipes from my house. The purpose is to keep small animals out of my sewer pipes to prevents clogs or venting issues since my two vent pipes were left open and uncovered on the ends where a squirrel could enter and cause problems. The wire appears to be of a Strong stainless steel style wire which is very hard to cut and will become Very sharp if you do- get the bandaids ready if you do! But, if you need a STRONG wire panel to limit access to a pipe or small area this is very good wire and can be bent to change the shape slightly. It is working for me now that i cut and bent it over the end of two 4" pipes, just required me putting a heavy duct tape around the edges to prevent future cuts when handling it. The wire is thick enough that i don't think many critters or vermin will be able to chew threw it.

Worked great to cover an outdoor vent where birds would nest every year and make a mess on my back deck at my lake house. Flexible & easy to cut to size and install.

So the grate that separated the hickory chips from the heat source wore away in my standalone smoke device. I searched for a stainless steel replacement grate I could fit to replace the original as a replacement part was not available. I bought this product, easily cut it to size, used a 1000 deg epoxy to hold it in place and installed it. Although the grate openings were 0.5mm smaller than the original, the maiden voyage was perfect. The grate and epoxy look like new. A really good product at a good price.

As others have mentioned, the panels are folded but they are not creased. I was able to flatten the panels out using heavy books and weights. It does not completely get rid of the bend, but looks pretty good. My biggest gripe is that the mesh will not stay together in areas where the weave doesn't hold it together. It comes apart easily. I used it to repair my fire pit chimney and it did a pretty good job. It looks pretty good after painting it with high temperature paint and so far has held up very good. For the price though, I consider it an above average deal which is why I give it three stars. Not exceptional but not bad either.

Used this to make a grate for my DIY ammo can firepit. The material was stiff yet easy enough to bend to form a grate cover. Put lava rocks on top of it and it’s holding up just fine. At first I was concerned that the coating would burn off and emit an odor but I haven’t experienced that at all.
