Can i take one end off. Like if the cord inside gets bound up how can you fix it?

Pretty easy fix. Don’t try and take it apart, as you shouldn’t have to. Just loosen all the segments and extend them out beginning with the thinnest. As you do it, you’ll feel the segments wanting to turn to the position that the cord wants. Once you aren’t getting any turn out of the smallest segment, lock it down and proceed to the next. You should always extend from the thinnest segment to the fattest and collapse it from the fattest to the thinnest. This will keep it from binding up on you. I’ve occasionally pulled the cable out at the connector at the base and used a very sparing amount of talcum powder to keep it from sticking to the inside of the pole. Worked a treat but not necessary every time it binds up.
