The size chart is no help at all in this situation. after reading the reviews, I was nervous about sizing because I wear an xs in scrubs and it's hard to find scrub pants that are long enough because I'm 5'7, and most scrubs in xs are shorter than I like. I like my scrubs to reach the ground. So after a week of going back and forth between these and a different brand, I decided to go with these and get the small tall. I kept seeing reviews where these girls were only like 110lbs and saying that the xs fit perfectly, and people closer to my size saying small fit them good. Well, I should have gotten an xs. The small are fine, they're big around my waist and butt and thighs, and the length is great being that I ordered tall. They're baggier than I like in scrubs, I like mine to be loose but not sloppy big. And these are super close to that, but if I roll the waist down then it's not so bad. they sit on my hips that way and they're still baggy, but they dont look like they're just hanging off me. I ordered 2 pair, the black and burgundy. I'm not going to return them because it's too much of a hassle, so I washed them twice in hot water inside out and then dried them and they shrunk a little but not a lot to make a huge difference. but the pockets are awesome, theres all these mini pockets in the cargo pockets on the side and I love that, and the length is great, the material is thin but durable and even though they're baggy, I'm going to wear them to work. I also plan on buying these again because I really like them, and I plan on buying two more colors in the xsmall tall. I'm tall and lanky and thin, i wear a 4-6 in pants, small in most shirts, small chest (A cup) and wear an xsmall in other scrubs. I should have went with my gut but I would still recommend this. Someone a little bit bigger than me could probably fit into an xsmall also, like around 140 depending on how you like the fit. I like more form fitting. I have pictures of the pants on, but it wont give me the option to upload a picture with my review. But I give 5 stars because these are great for their price and I'm definitely buying again. I put the fit as expected because they do fit like a small would, and I need an xs. And I knew that, so it's my fault. haha.

Reason for Purchase: I'm working as stage crew for a musical in a historic theater (no air conditioning). As crew, I needed pants that were built tough, easy to move in, and easy to clean. To avoid melting backstage, I also needed them to be breathable and light weight. And finally, I needed my pants to have real pockets (not always a given for women's clothing). Enter these Dickies Cargo Pant Scrubs. My Stats: Height: 5'7 Usual Pant Size: 3x (24 women's) Size Purchased: 3x Pros: -Sturdy construction -Easy to wash/dry -Easy to move in (while standing) -Fabric breathes well -Large pockets -Secure drawstring waist -Comfortable Cons: -Way too long (I'm 5'7 and purchased the regular length, but these pants drag on the ground by at least an inch when I wear them) -Waist runs large (these were looser than expected, but the drawstring helps) -Tight in the hips and thighs when sitting (note: other reviews say that fabric will relax over time) -Attracts pet hair Overall: These are a good pair of scrub pants that combine the sturdiness (and pockets) I need while working crew with the light, breathable fabric I need to avoid being a heat casualty backstage. However these tend to run very long (regular length has a 33.5 inch inseam), and I find they must be cuffed or pinned to avoid dragging on the ground. I usually see inseams that length in pants designed to be worn with heels, and I don't know anyone sporting scrubs with stilettos.

I love these! Perfect for scrub pants or casual office attire paired with a nice top. I love the shape of them with a slight flare. I love that they have cotton, making them much more breathable than all polyester. They will wash to softness over time. Very happy with this purchase! Just size down. Some scrubs run bigger.

Ordered med tall 5-10 185lbs. Fit well, except some extra fabric in the front puckering, and front feels higher than back, if you have a booty that would be more prominent. Fabric is also just ok, feels soft-ish but also like lint and everything would be sticking to it. Will keep because cheap but will not buy again.

The size of the waist is disproportionate to the thighs. The waist flares out very weird and the thighs are thight. The pants have no give so if you work an active job, like most that needs scrubs, these are no good. I have to be able to bend over and sqat down and move around and these cant accommodate that. They are, in fact, the worst scrub pants Ive ever had.

I am 5.4 and 200 lbs Ordered L petite. Normally those pants are too long. So tried shorter one. It is a perfect fit!!

These pants are nice and comfortable

Ordered a 2x and the fit perfectly. Lots of pockets (only not as deep as I'd like). Love the crossing drawstring. I use them for warehouse work. Will buy more once the two I odred wear out.
