Hello ,yes, this multimeter can be shipped to Australia.

So when you blow a fuse you have to get the whole meyer replaced?

No, but you must unscrew and open the case to get to the replacable fuses. However I'm not sure where to buy replacement fuses. They do look common to many meters though...

Will we be able to add a bluetooth upgrade to our meters since it indicates an updated meter will have it and it also has the symbol?
