Great quality!
This is so easy to use, install, and there are nice spray options to choose from. This is so worth it to get! Hansgrohe has become a brand we trust! I really like how this feels and is so easy to use! A great addition to our new bathroom!

I raised the stars
I had great expectations for this shower, but was somewhat disappointed. It's not the best thing since sliced bread, but it's certainly adequate. My husband likes it much more than I do. It does change between functions very easily-that's great. On the normal shower spray, there's a big hole in the middle of the water, so I have to change to the rotating (kinda cool) gentle massage to get my hair thoroughly soaked; it's pretty gentle, and actually feels good. The regular shower spray covers a pretty big area, so that's alright. Something that really surprised me was how much I could decrease the water flow (through the faucet) and still get lots of water through the showerhead. And the showerhead itself is great looking. I've edited my initial review, and have given it a better rating. I think I was disappointed considering the amount it cost. Lower the price, and it's five stars all the way.

About ten years ago we happened to be in the market for a new showerhead when a Raindance unit was on sale at Costco. On a whim I bought it and instantly my whole family fell in love with it. The water force is excellent and the size of the spouts feel great while showering. I decided to upgrade to this newer one and move my old hansgrohe unit into my kids bathroom. The lovely Mrs. C prefers a hosed unit and this shower head (despite not including one) acomodates a hose so we bought the 63” chrome hose as well. This new shower head works as well as our old unit, looks even more attractive due to its chrome vs rubberized spray heads and even has a new push-button water spray selector vs the older dial. Overall these hansgrohe shower heads are the best we have tried, and we have cycled through Water-Pik, Moen and Delta before finding one we all loved. Install was simple; 5 minutes and a little teflon tape and you are good to go.

Take restrictor out
Water flow was weak- was going to return but then I pulled out filter and removed the restrictor with a pair of tweezers -the restrictor is two pieces that are behind the filterNow the water flow is fabulous-the way a shower should feel

Maybe the item is defective
I bought this as a replacement for my 10 plus year old Hansgrohe Raindance unit which is now leaking due to age. This new unit is shiny and fancy looking, easy to install, but has a lower water pressure. The jet function becomes useless because of low water pressure. The old model is way better even with leaking, not sure if this new unit is defective or just like this. My trust on the brand is dented.

Looks the part, works beautifully.
Disappointed valuable time was lost due to the wrong item having been shipped ( A bathroom tap) but luckily Amazon fixed it, refunded and got the right item shipped quickly. Item arrived at last, has been fitted and looks and works great. Have bought another two for the other bathrooms in house. The swirl motion is out of this world.
