The black OEM cracked. This is chrome but fits like OEM and looks probably better being a little flashier. It was packaged very well, so there were no scratches. As someone else mentioned, the clips were not correctly positioned for my 2013, but it was easy to change that. Just make sure that you verify before you push the replacement down so you have the clearance to adjust them. I've very pleased with the product.

For the price this was a GRESAT Deal! mine broke at the right clip after maybe 20 months (it gets pretty cold in St. Louis) and finally came completely off on the freeway at exactly 2 years. However it looked really nice and fit well. I buying another, like I said it was a GREAT DEAL for the PRICE!!!

Someone took or broke off the factory bezel on my Navigator. I thought this would just snap in but you have to remove the factory plate - 5 or 6 bolts, several plastic snap-ins and 2 clips. The install was straight forward but I could not get the clips to slide into place. I just ignored them and hope they are not critical.

Came within a week, fits perfect & looks great! The prongs were upside down but it took 30 seconds to flip them around. Incredible quality for the price.

Only issue I ran into was the small clips on the lower portion were installed upside down. I pulled them off and put them on correctly and the fit was PERFECT then! Looks great on the Navigator!!!

This was a ten minute project required to replace the front hood panel on my Navigator. Looks great and was a cheap do it yourselfer!

Was upset that when we finally had a nice day so I could put this on my SUV that it had a pretty ugly scratch right in the middle. Other than that it’s nice.. before I had a pearl white one so I like the chrome!
