I have been using this daily collagen sachet for about a month to support my skin, hair and nails, and it has been a pleasant addition to my routine. This is a quick and easy way to take your collagen daily supplement as they are in individual sachets that can be added to cold water for a refreshing drink instead of messing about with a hot drink. With 2,000mg of collagen along with Hyaluronic acid and Biotin per serving this is a good and effective daily amount to be taking. It also has added Vitamins so be mindful if you are already taking these in other supplements. Price wise £49.95 (At time of writing) you have 30 days’ supply in the box which at first glance may look a bit expensive but when you consider the additional ingredients and strength of the MG collagen values and works out at £1.65 a day. Like most things I am a firm believer in that you get what you pay for, and this is a premium product. The taste is nice although the colour is bright, and because these are premeasured in sachets you know you are getting the correct dose with nothing wasted, Info in my own personal findings: I’m currently on an MJ journey and with losing weight you must be mindful of loose skin and wrinkles looking saggy. I’ve been taking it collagen for a few months, and I’ve been trialling this item for just under 2 weeks, while it’s difficult to say if I have noticed any changes to my skin improvement yet, I haven’t noticed any detriment by switching to this item.
