I bought Manna Pro Chick Grit for my flock after reading that young chicks sometimes struggle to digest their feed properly. I gave this to three young Saxony ducklings. Did it help them? I don’t know, but it didn’t kill them because they are now adults swimming in my pond. I added a small pile of this next to their crumbles and they used it as needed. It’s probably great stuff…but how do you really know? 🤔 They’re thriving now so I’m giving a big thumbs up! 😉

Like this chick grit for my littler chickens. Its grey, small hard pieces, The regular grit has larger pieces that are hard for little chickens to eat. This grit is small like sand particles. The chicks have a very easy time eating it. They do not shy away from it. This brand is good. They go through very little so bag with last 3 months would last longer but they spill a lot because of my container.
