First, you will require a sharp and dry scissor to cut around the images.? Peel off the backing and apply the topper to your cake.? If the base layer is also icing, the topper might bond to it. On different bases, it will simply rest.? Please ensure the base is not too moist, or the topper may soak it up and the colors may run.? If in doubt, apply at the last minute!SPECIAL NOTE:? Terrible
Could not get off the back paper. Cracked design. Very disappointed for the price of the image and poor quality.

Would buy again
Super cute and would buy again. It was slightly cracked upon delivery so I just cut the cracked parts off, no big deal. Tasted like church communion

Complete waste of money! Couldn’t get the backing off. Ended up just giving a regular cake without the topper.

Showed up in pieces
Product was very flimsy, showed up shattered in chunks and pieces. Got a refund from Amazon and repurchased a second, but it was a pain to go through. I ended up having to eat the bill for expedited shipping on the second one or else it wouldn't have made it in time for the party.I was able to piece it back together *somewhat* and make due. That's the only reason 2 stars and not 1.

Comes broken every time, don’t waste your money
I ordered one for my brother’s birthday and it came broken. As it’s an edible cake topper, I couldn’t return it. Since I knew how much my brother would love this cake topper, I ordered a replacement hoping that it would arrive in one piece on before his birthday. It came folded in 2 and broken in many more places than the first one. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!

Not bad
It came cracked at no fault of the seller but was folded in half in a large envelope that didn’t need it to be folded. Ordered a replacement but delivery was delayed so had to make the broken one work.The image has sample written lightly and that’s my biggest complaint about it was a fun addition for the birthday party.

Not worth the money
This did not come with any instructions. I asked a question here and was told there was no backing, it’s just a thick rice paper. But figured out AFTER I placed it on the cake that I could separate it to make it thinner, which would have been a better look. It also has the word “sample” lightly stamped across the whole picture. Don’t waste your money.
