Great scooter. Great customer service

The scooter is very well made. My husband has had one for a year and it is great. I have bought one for myself now. We take on cruises and they fit fine through the doors. The company is great for working with you on any problems. I had ordered the wrong model by accident. They sent a postage paid label for me and accepted it even though I was a few days past the time for return. I would recommend this company and their product highly.

does not not give clear instructions on battery charge port or removing battery. Not put together well. Back bar (top) is not even. there is a bad scratch on back side bar, apparently done in packaging or in transit (cannot tell). Power harness is just jutting out in front with no way to put close to column.

I love that this scooter is fast, light, foldable and has a great turning radius. I don't like the rattling noise. I hate that it pauses several seconds before going forward and backward. This causes me to miss several elevators if there are several to choose from and one on the end opens. So slow to back out that I would have the elevator door to close before I could exit. The light is nice and bright but awkwardly place in relation to the brake cable keeps knocking the light loose when turning sharp turns. The hand brake is really tight and difficult to unlock. Someone with arthritis would have a hard time unlocking. I'm hoping these issues can be addressed by the company.

Was looking for a scooter that was light, foldable, fit in trunk and fit thru most cruise ship doors. This scooter checked all the boxes. The only drawback was installing the headlight and finding the charging port to plug it in, probably because we're very mechanically challenged. Fortunately, the customer service support was FANTASTIC. Response to my emails was 12 hours or less. Haven't used yet but isn't wait.

Got the scooter in and it had a broke seat support. Sent e-mail with picture. Received confirmation from seller quickly. Returned the scooter and received a new scooter with in a few days. Love it so far. Great service from Mujolife.

Sat down on this and couldn't get back off. Took me at least 20 min.s to figure out how to crawl off with out falling. My legs just won't move enough to squeeze in and out of the very tight space. I'm 5' 8" tall and weight 250 Lbs. This scooter is way too small if your hips and knees aren't flexible. Very disappointed. I will need to shop in a brick and mortar store, where I can try it before I buy it.

I’m 6 feet tall 215 pounds and for me the scooter is small but doable. The scooter comes fully assembled in the box and it’s foldable and lightweight enough so that I can handle it , and I only have one leg. My only complaint is the fabric on the cushion is so cheap that they will start to knot-up within the first one or two uses.
