Q: Can I get the Tea flavor in the Gallon size ?

Sorry to disappoint but none of the flavors are available in gallons.

Q: Can you add this to a 5 gallon water bottle?

Yes, adding 18.5 ounces into a 5-gallon container then filling to the 5-gallon mark will attain 11 pH (depending on the pH of the water being used) for the full 5 gallons. If using a delivery service for the drinking water (such as for a water cooler) you will need to remove 18.5 ounces of the water in the delivered bottle in order for the bottle to accommodate the concentrate.

Q: I am addicted to sparkling water which i have just learned is acidic. instead of giving it up i'd like to alkanize it if possible. will this do it?

Depending on the acidity of the sparkling water (they vary from approximately 3-4pH) it would take about 1/2 ounce of concentrate to bring the pH up to just neutral (7pH) in a 12 ounce can. If using the original/unflavored version of the concentrate in a flavored water you might not be able to taste it or it might taste metallic or fishy because that 1/2 ounce would normally go into 16 ounces of regular water, creating 11pH. If you use a flavored/sweetened version it might be overly sweet.

Yes, we actually use them (or a similar brand) in our office for flavored pHenomenal. For that purpose they are considered airtight enough as there is no constant exchange of air in the bottle as compared to, say, leaving the cap off the bottle for 1-2 days.
