This is a very good quality coarse sea salt with a rich, natural flavor. The crystals are thick, so you don’t need to use much — just a little is enough to season your food perfectly. This is my second time buying this salt. I love that it's sea salt that contains iodine. It's hard to find a natural salt that is iodine fortified. The first time I bought this salt it was a bag of crystals that were maybe half the size of rock salt. It was perfect in my salt mill; literally everything I was looking for. My second bag seems to be much finer. There aren't the uniform crystals that were in the first bag. This seems like a mix of crystals and ground salt. The taste won't be effected. My concern is that this may not do as well in the grinder. Overall, this is a small complaint, however it is worth mentioning and noting. You will consistently receive iodized sea salt. The corsness of the crystals however is inconsistent. YMMV, buyer be ware.

It took me a while to realize I wasn't getting iodine from my regular kosher salt so I switched to this one and I really like it. The grains are almost like rice they're pretty big grains like crystals but I like that
