Comprised of five, 10-minute workouts, Jillian aims to transform your body with a variety of short, yet highly efficient workout programs. DVD Includes:Five, 10 minutes workouts and a universal warm-up and cool-down that can be added to any program. Workouts can also be combined for a longer, customized training session.- Pilates Power- Cardio Burn- Booty Boot Camp - Calisthenics- Kickbox Blast Review: Great for Added Versatility - NOT Standalone - I use these workouts when I find I have an extra 10 minutes after another Jillian Michael's workout, and just want to keep on shredding it. My favorites on this DVD are Booty Boot Camp (the most like her traditional HIIT workouts), and Pilates Power (great for flexibility and targeting some easy-to-miss muscles). Now, how does this compare to her Killer Series or Bodyshred Series? No, these aren't as awesome. I don't recommend using these to create a total workout. Instead, tack these onto your other Jillian Michaels workouts when you have extra time, or do one of these quickly when you just don't have time. These are AWESOME if used this way, but otherwise, they just aren't going to give you the best well-rounded workout if you try to combine them alone. Plus, I don't know about you, but it's really easy to skip the warm-up and cool-down when doing these because they're separate, which, of course, just isn't smart. A few of these workouts are a bit awkward; I don't enjoy the Cardio Blast because it feels like Jillian just let one of her backup trainers take over and create something that doesn't feel like Jillian's awesome cardio workouts. I know she doesn't like making cardio, but she's so good at it—I wish she'd just do her thing more. Personally, I hate doing yoga and stretching, so having the Pilates Power one from here and Yoga S&S from Part 2 = AWESOME when I've gotten too tight from my other workouts. I can get some very effective stretching out of the way in 10 minutes and get on with my HIIT. ;) If you're getting just one 10-Minute Body Transformation DVD, I recommend checking out the names and seeing which seems to have more that jive with your favorite kinds of workouts. I love both equally, for different reasons. There is something for EVERYONE on Part 1 and Part 2. Jillian did a great job of making some wildly different options. I can't imagine there are many people who would agree on their favorites. But I also wouldn't be shocked if most people only like 2 or 3 workouts from each DVD. Why? Because they're just so varied. For me, having just a few I love to rotate in as add-ons is so worth it. After all, this DVD is $8. Review: Jillian has another winner! - Jillian has another winner! This is a great DVD to mix in with her other programs! There are five ten minute workouts that I think are all awesome, plus there is a separate warm up and cool down, each about 2-3 minutes, so you're really looking at 15 minutes to get through on workout. Calisthenics is probably not very beginner friendly, even the modifications are hard - think phase two of her Body Shred program. For me, it's exciting, for a beginner, it's probably daunting. Kickboxing is cardio and anybody could punch and kick their way through this fun routine. Booty Boot Camp is the only one you need weights for, and I like that she designed it to not incorporate arm exercises like her other DVDs do, because this way you can go heavy and really burn the legs out, can be done by a beginner and ramped up for advanced. Pilates is great and is real pilates, can be done by a beginner and ramped up for advanced. The cardio is high impact and will definitely get your heart racing. Because of the impact, I would say a little hard for a beginner. The menu is set up so you can pick and choose which workout or series of workouts you want to do easily.

LOVE
Jillian Michaels never disappoints me! I am a huge JM fan, and I own every single DVD she has produced (except for the postnatal one). So, my review may be a bit biased; but hey, I'm a huge JM fan for a reason, because her workouts WORK! I loved every single workout on this DVD, and I love how it comes with a warm up & cool down. I love being able to mix and match these workouts, allowing me to design a workout that suits my schedule. I absolutely HATE Pilates workouts, but surprisingly this one was awesome! I actually really enjoyed it and I will definitely keep it in my rotation. For the past few months, I've ventured towards different workouts (like beachbody), and I've forgotten how much I enjoy JM workouts. This DVD reminded me how much fun exercise can be (no offense to beachbody). So, I'm now doing another round of JM Ripped in 30 (one of my all time favorites). I really hope Jillian comes out with another 30 day DVD program like 30 day shred & Ripped in 30!!!

This is a good workout but I like her older workouts better
This is a good workout but I like her older workouts better. I like the 30 day shred the best. This workout we meh...I just wasn't feeling it and I love Jillian! If you like her 3-2-1 workouts don't get this one.
