Tasty Bite Mediterranean Protein Bowl, 8.8 Ounce, Pack of 6, Ready to Eat, Microwaveable, Vegan, 14 Grams Plant Protein

I live a busy life, and sometimes finding something quick (and nutritional) is hard for me to do. I saw these Tasty Bite protein bowls, and decided to give them a try. I'm so glad I did! This set came with 6 bowls, each individually wrapped and packaged. I think these are great for a meal on-the-go, or for traveling. They also are great for a quick go-to meal, which is filling and tasty. I love the blend of the couscous, chick peas, and other beans. The vinaigrette sauce (comes in a pack as shown in my photo), is an interesting mix of flavors; the sauce pairs nicely with the beans and couscous. I love the tangy, citrus- like flavor of the vinaigrette sauce. These bowls are super easy to prepare; simply peel back the top (about half way), and then put the bown in microwave for about 60 seconds. The bowl heats up evenly, though I also make sure to let it sit for a little bit before eating. I love the ingredients of these protein bowls, and find them to be a nice blend of different kinds of flavors/textures. I feel good about eating these, as they have a lot of good attributes. The bowls are vegan, kosher, and the plastic bowl is BPA-free. I'm very pleased with these Tasty Bite Mediterranean style protein bowls; I definitely would order them again. I'd also love to try some of the other flavor choices. These are a great option, especially if you're a busy person or are on-the-go alot. I find these to be a flavorful treat, and one of my new favorites things! Very yummy!

Great taste

Delivers protein but very bland in the taste department!

Healthy option for a quick meal. I don't microwave in the plastic but put it in a glass/ceramic bowl, covered with a little gap on top. It heats up nicely without microplastic health issues from the plastic container. i don't use the sauce because it contains bad vegetable oil. Instead I make my own sauce of salsa with avocado. If I'm in a hurry, I'll just use half of the sauce packet. I'm hoping Tasty Bite will choose better quality oils in future. Scrambled eggs and sprinkle of cheese makes it a complete and filling meal.

Ehhhh. Not so good

These are absolutely awesome. Sometimes I like to fast from meats and this will be on my rotation. Very clean, and taste great.

At first, I wasn't sure about this TB flavor, but by the third bowl, I was hooked. This bowl has quinoa and beans with a tomato-based dressing that I found delicious, only there isn't enough of it, IMO. It leaves a blandness to the parts that don't get this coating, though it's still tasty. This is my second flavor try of TB's, and I plan to try out some of the other flavors in my next order. I highly recommend this and their Mexican bowl as well.

Dry and not their best stuff. They seem to have Indian food down really well, but this was a big miss.
