As a flush mount, it fits perfect. Same color, easy install and cheaper than anywhere else I looked.

The product installed easily and works well. I tested it by leaking a small bit of propane and the alarm immediately alerted me of the leak.

Works great. Replacement for my original RV propane monitor expired after 5 years. Great alternative.

Aside from not even being close to the right size to fill the holes left by long-expired, non-functional, previous sensors, I had one that seemed to be defective upon installing - it just kept alarming while not in the presence of propane. I read other reviews describing the same issue, so I figured I would have to send it back. Instead, after I reinstalled it and let it do a self check, the sensor works as it should. Installation is super easy.

Installed in fifth wheel after my factory unit went bad. These have to be replaced every 6-10 years and you can never find the perfect fit but this was close.

I purchased this product to replace the original propane detector on my 2017 travel trailer. Installed it in the off season so as to not impact our camping season. Easy installation but after a few days in storage, I could hear the alarm sounding (like that annoying LASER gun toy we all had as kids). Thought I had a propane leak so I disconnected all propane sources and bled the lines. Still that alarm would sound. Bought a hand held detector to verify the Pangea detector in review here. The handheld didn’t detect anything. So I thought lemon product, right? All brands have some quality issues at some point so I buy another. Rip out the first Pangea brand propane alarm and install the second. All is good for 2 months. No alarms. This past weekend on a camping trip (June 2022) the alarm goes off at 2am waking up the whole family (wife, kids, and dogs) I evacuated the camper and got out the hand held sensor. Nothing. Put the handheld next to the cooking range, quickly turn knob on and off… the handheld goes nuts.2 for 2 defective units and I’ve now bought $190 worth of propane sensing tech (two of these non-functional units, a hand held unit, and a new safe-t brand unit that has yet to be installed and tested)Good luck to anyone else who tries this product. I do not recommend.
