King Arthur Keto Wheat Pancake Mix: Low Carb, High Protein Breakfast Solution - Just Add Water for Fluffy Pancakes or Waffles - Non-GMO, Kosher Certified, 12 oz Pouch

I have purchased other King Arthur products in the past, including other Keto/Low Carb mixes like their Pizza Dough (which is pretty decent, but not the best). I will say that this wheat pancake mix from King Arthur is one of the best I've tried for sure in the low carb/low cal options! Honestly, you could serve this up to anyone as a regular "wheat pancake", and they'd probably agree that it tastes pretty darn good. Blind taste test I doubt you could pick this one as a "keto" or "low carb" version of a pancake. I followed the directions for the regular pancake mix, which was 1 cup mix to 1/2 cup water. I like that they have some alternatives for thicker pancakes (eggs/oil) or waffle mix. When cooking these, it recommends medium heat, I'd go a little lower, as my pancakes cooked super fast. I also used a little butter in the pan to give it an extra kick. When done, the pancakes were a very pleasant slight crisp on the outside, and a fluffy, moist thick interior, much like a regular pancake. I was worried these would be dry or have an off taste, but no issues there - these are excellent. I'd even consider buying this pancake mix as "regular" pancakes, due to the added health benefits of having a low calorie, high fiber wheat pancake, just 80 calories per 1/3 cup of mix. I also trust King Arthur to have quality ingredients from previous items I have purchased from them. This mix just listed 10 basic ingredients (Wheat starch, wheat gluten, 2 low carb sweeteners, oil, egg, egg white, baking powder, flavor and salt). The value for the money is worth it for me, at about $1.5-2 for a plate of pancakes for breakfast while trying to eat healthy... you will be very hard-pressed to find a better value! I'll definitely be ordering this mix again.

This flour pancake mix makes the best pancakes . I bought small bag to try and they are so good and good flavor. They are very easy to make just add water. I would order again .10/10.

Delicious pancakes! Been craving pancakes but wanted more nutritious than what is normal on grocery shelves. These have more protein, fiber and lesser calories and sugar. I followed directions but added tablespoon of water to batter. Cooked on medium heat griddle, about 4 minutes each side. They were a nice plumpness and had a nice flavor to them with a bit of butter and low sugar syrup added. Husband liked them as well. Will definitely buy these again!

okay these taste great and you can whip these up extremely fast but holy cow it is very small package. these are definitely keto and the macros are good - good protein and great to have in the pantry but my goodness this needs to come in a much larger size and i think the pricing needs to be adjusted to factor in a larger amount and greater overall value.

Wow... if you are hesitant, don't be! This is amazing! Paired with sugar free syrup, you will be amazed! My husband actually thought we had fell off the keto plan when he finished his breakfast!! This will be a staple for us!

Great! If I think I pancakes are "forbidden" I suddenly want them. These are a great keto alternative that will satify my taste buds and prevent FOMO.

Weird. The texture of the "batter" is just odd. It's like wet sawdust. I ended up doubling the small amount of water that the instructions call for, and it still wouldn't spread out into a pancake shape. I had to use a spoon to flatten it out so it would cook. The finished product wasn't very pretty, but I guess it tasted ok as long as I drowned each pancake in keto-friendly syrup. Saving the 2nd half of the bag for my next pancake craving. But that's only so I don't waste what's left. I'm afraid this is a one-and-done for me. I won't buy this again.

Made the pancakes tonight for first time. Turned out perfect, look, taste, texture of the real thing, was suprised. Wife also loved these pancakes! My grandson I made regular pancakes and I had no more batter, so I made some of the keto pancakes and he didn't know the difference.

Received the package in subpar condition, which was disappointing. Unfortunately, noticed ants on the product's surface upon inspection. Haven't had the chance to use the product yet, but the initial condition is a concern.
