Been taking these since the start of December and they appear to be a high quality supplement. It's hard to assess the effectiveness of an herbal supplement... But I have faith in it as a product that it is what it is supposed to be

This stinging nettle seems comparable to others I’ve tried while being easy to take with water.The bottle boasts that it’s non-gmo, and made in an FDA registered and GMP compliant facility. Also that it’s manufactured in the USA with globally sourced ingredients. A common compromise considering some ingredients just aren’t found in our part of the world.It’s a nice value for the money because at two capsules a serving you have two months worth at once a day. I’ve been taking it a little while now and haven’t noticed its effectiveness, but herbal supplements do take awhile to really make a difference. I’ve always looked at supplements like advanced nutrition and a great addition to a healthy diet. That being said, I’m excited to add this to my supplements because the benefits of taking nettle sound great and this seems like a quality source.

I'm interested in this Stinging Nettles extract, and intend to investigate it and the company more before I take it. But so far, this product looks pretty good. It is packaged well, looks and smells good... so I expect it will perform as described by the manufacturer. It appears to be made of quality natural ingredients, and looks pretty good.

Seems like a good quality supplement, no trouble swallowing or anything. But I’m not noticing much of a difference. It’s at least not bothering my stomach the way so many do.

This supplement is made from the root of nettle plants, not the leaves... it does not create discomfort. Stinging nettle is the plant that grows in moist areas in the woods which when it brushes against a bare ankle or leg creates intense, instant, but harmless, burning pain that can last for minutes to hours. Good news - the nettle, when condensed into this supplement has health benefits such as lowering blood pressure, controlling blood sugar, adding several vitamins and nutrients, and providing anti oxidants. Those who take blood thinning medications may need to do some research for drug interaction. It's too early to determine if this supplements is improving my blood pressure or blood sugar but early readings seem promising. This particular supplement is more expensive than average, being almost twice as expensive for the same number of capsules as a competing brand listed on Amazon. Lastly, the quoted milligrams of nettle extract varies widely by 10X or more between this and other brands, so you have to question the uniformity of the dosing of all of these supplements.

Great price for a two month supply of stinging Nettle Root extract. Easy to swallow and I have been taking it routinely as they say it is good for Gout but I really can not say how effective it is for that or with my blood pressure yet even though it is known to be a vasodilator. The big plus is it is an antioxidant and I do feel it is effective in making me relax. This company is very up front with the content information on the bottle which is not what I have seen with many supplements I have tried and the price makes it well worth trying.
