Sleep+ Calm

I've had sleep issues my entire life. Those are the breaks when your body's natural inclination is to go to sleep at 5 or 6 am and wake up 4 hours later, or, if I'm lucky, at 1 or 2 pm, but normal life requires that you go to bed at 9 pm to get up and go to work at 5 am instead. I've been taking the Olly sleep gummies for about a year (2 gummies per night) and they're worked fairly well, but I wanted to try something else out of curiosity. When I saw these, I realized the ingredients were similar, but there's the same amount of melatonin in 1 Natrol gummy as in 2 Olly gummies, which means I can spend about half as much per month, since they're priced similarly. Taste wise, I prefer these. So much so that I kind of wish I was still taking 2 per night because they're likey little treat before bed. In terms of efficacy, I've found that I sleep as well, if not better with the Natrol than I did with the Olly. I don't know why that is, since there is less of the other ingredients in 1 Natrol gummy, than in 2 Ollys, but whatever is causing it, I'll take it. If I don't take the gummies, I generally have trouble falling asleep and will usually struggle to knock out before midnight. My work-week routine is to take 1 as soon as I get home, around 6pm, along with my Zyrtec allergy pill (which also makes me drowsy), then I eat dinner, and by around 8 or 8:30, I'm starting to feel like I'm naturally becoming more and more sleepy. By 9 or 9:30 I'm ready for bed and I can usually sleep fairly well until just before my alarm goes off at 5. If I don't have to be anywhere, I can often stay asleep until 7 or 8 am, which is unheard of for me because I also have a habit of waking up after about 4 hours of sleep and then not being able to fall asleep again. I hate the idea of leaning on a sleep aid every night, so I often don't take these on my days off, but there's a noticable change in my ability to sleep and the quality of my sleep when I'm not taking them, so I may start taking them nightly. Highly recommend these to anyone suffering from chronic sleep problems or temporary insomnia. Just know that all melatonin supplements will give many people really odd, insanely vivid, sometimes terrifying dreams at first. That lasted about a month and a half for me, but was fine by me, since I enjoy having crazy dreams (except the 1 nightmare that was so bad I almost had to call out of work because I was so mentally and emotionally disturbed by it).

These are phenomal. I love they are drug free and actually work! Whatever is in them, calms me and settles my whole body; within 30-45 mins after taking them, YOU FEEL IT and it FEELS GOOD. They are also VERY tasty and make you want to eat more than two 🤭

These work! I used to rely on Rx medication to sleep. I now use these gummies in conjunction with magnesium, and I sleep just as well as I did on pharmaceuticals that I try to avoid. I’m an insomniac and if these can get ME to sleep…they’re good!

I’ve been using Natrol Sleep Gummies for years, and overall they work really well. I usually notice myself feeling more relaxed within about 30–45 minutes, and they definitely help me fall asleep faster and stay asleep through the night. The added calming ingredients are a nice bonus compared to standard melatonin. That said, the biggest downside for me has been the inconsistency in texture and flavor. Some batches are taste great, while others are an odd mushy or stale texture, and have a slightly off flavor. It’s not a dealbreaker since the effectiveness is there, but it does make the experience less consistent than I’d expect. If the quality control on texture and taste were more consistent, this would easily be a 5-star product. As it stands, it’s still a solid option if you’re mainly focused on results.

I have tried several melatonin capsules and gummies (which I find more effective overall) over the last few years. I always come back to either these or the nature made with l-theanine, but you can typically find these in stock and at a better price point! I have tried these long enough consecutively to confidently say that they work better (for me) than any other. I am also 99.9% certain it’s the l-theanine you want to look for if you’re having trouble falling asleep. As a neurotransmitter inhibitor, it simply helps slow down those thoughts in your brain :) Also, the taste is delicious! Even though two gummies are only 6mg total, sometimes I only need one to help put me to sleep. This means you may get up to two months of use from one container. One note for the brand: I know it seems to be the trend to never fully fill up a bag or container with a product, but you must know that with something like melatonin, you aren’t fooling most consumers. We are looking for mg, quantity, dosage and comparing the costs already! I would love to see you promote more eco-friendly packaging or fill up the container and charge a higher price for more to get the most out of these single-use plastics! (though, last note to buyers, they do make great re-usable containers if needed)

Horrible taste. Nothing like strawberry. Does not help me stay asleep. I still wake up 2 or 3 times a night.

I have tried many other melatonin gummies in various strengths and keep coming back to this one. I take two at night and within 30 minutes I am starting to get sleepy. These help me stay asleep and don’t leave me feeling tired or groggy in the morning. My Oura ring sleep score has improved since using them! The only negative is that the gummies get kind of dried out after awhile but the still taste great!

This is the only sleeping medicine that has ever helped me. Ever. Been using it for 10 years now.

great tasting cheaper alternative to another brand. but be warned, the texture is not like the usual gummy feel, it is a little grainy.
