Quality control needs to be better. I’m a long time user of these pillows and this is the second time I received a poorly stuffed, asymmetrical pillow. This time I’m sending it back for an exchange. $145 for shoddy workmanship is just too much these days. I remember when you could get them for $65 and they were much better made back then. As visible in the photos, the pillow is a full 2” longer on one side, as measured from the center, and the “V” is uneven and has more stuffing on one side which makes the pillow lopsided and not good for a person with neck issues. The last photo, of the unwrapped pillow, is my previously purchased version of this brand pillow. As you can see, the pillow is symmetrical from the distance from the center to edges and the “V” is also symmetrical and properly stuffed. Update: They sent me a new pillow that is much better, though the area above the V shape is not well stuffed. Since I don’t normally use that side, I’m keeping the new pillow anyway and sending the lopsided one back. Even with the decline in quality, this pillow is better than most.

I've tried a few pillows to find which one is best for neck support. This one is the best for me. It is shaped and feels like a real pillow but has stability sewn into it to make it more supportive. Very smart design. It is much better than trying to sleep with a rolled towel under my neck because the towel just moves around in the middle of the night and wakes me up.The Arc4life Traction Pillow is a regular pillow with added neck support. With it I get a deeper, better night's sleep and my neck feels better in bed and in the morning. Going to stick with this pillow. At this point I'm not sure how durable it is over time so can comment on that at a later date.

Didn't work for me.

Suffering with severe neck pain for years, I have tried chiropractic, acupuncture, upper cervical manipulation, tons of different pillows, massage, etc. This pillow is a miracle. From my first evening's sleep, I noticed a difference. I woke up with less pain and realized I had a full night's sleep....and it has continued to provide everything I have needed for the past month! I've waited to review just to see if this recommendation would last. All I can say is I will never have to look for another pillow again. This is truly the answer to a wonderful sleep (and it gets better with time).

One of the better pillows for neck pain.

LOVE THIS PILLOW. HAVE SERIOUS NECK ISSUES AND HAVE NOT FOUND A BETTER PILLOW FOR NECK SUPPORT THEN THIS PILLOW. A BIT EXPENSIVE BUT WELL WORTH THE MONEY. SLEEPING BETTER AND NECK FEELS GREAT IN THE MORNING. HIGHLY RECCOMEND...

Took awhile to adjust

This has really helped with my neck and radiating shoulder pain. Expensive, but after using it I had no regrets. Recommend highly!
