These lights are fantastic. They provide just the right amount of reliable light for my purpose. However, I made a foolish mistake. I purchased this product once before, and they performed without fail until recently. The lights would flicker for several minutes and then finally return to full power. I thought this was odd, but didn’t think anything of it until it got worse and worse. Eventually, the lights didn’t work at all. So I ripped them all down, destroying the biggest part of them in the process. Since I still had my existing power adapter in place, I reconnected the wire expecting them all to activate with new life. Well, that’s not what I got. The brand new lights flickered just like the old ones. So, I began testing the adapters on the new lights and on a still intact strand of the old lights. I concluded that my old lights, (now destroyed) were within perfect operational condition, and that my power adapter had malfunctioned. So really, to fix my problem I didn’t need to buy new lights and rip down my old ones. I just needed a new power adapter I probably could have found almost anywhere, and I would have been fine. I will continue to use this product for years to come, but I thought this valuable piece of knowledge should belong to everyone seeking to buy these lights or others like them. These lights completely changed the look of my kitchen! They’re super bright, easy to install, and the adhesive is strong enough to stay in place. I love that you can adjust the brightness and color temperature — it gives the perfect vibe whether I’m cooking or just relaxing. Great quality for the price. Totally worth it!

Best led strips ever! They are good length so you don’t have to worry about contorting the strips to get them around corners. Easy to stick and connect, lots of color options too. Not to mention, the price compared to some other lights I’ve gotten for more money, these are way better. Definitely recommend for anyone with a display case -I do wish the “white” light was less blue -there is an issue where the remote was effecting my other Bluetooth products. So if you have other Bluetooth remote controlled lights be ready to have to take out the batteries of some of the other remotes, or you’ll deal with other lights randomly changing setting.

These are nice lights but not suited for the purpose they were purchased. I need some bright lighting under my kitchen cabinets but don’t want wires running everywhere. These would be perfect if the white color was actually a nice bright white. It has a strong bluish tinge to it. I consider these more for “mood lighting”… maybe in a bedroom or to accent bookshelves etc. If it weren’t for that, these would be perfect because you have a lot of flexibility with the connectors to run them from one cabinets to the next. I’ll keep looking…

The light strip works very well, the remote control provides a variety of color options, brightness, fade from color to color etc. One caveat, do not expect these LED's to provide a significant amount of light, they are pretty much a mood or accent lighting. I placed a single five foot strip under a wall cabinet in the wash room to provide lighting to top of the washer / dryer since the ceiling light is several feet away, I ended up using the entire roll under the cabinet, running the strips in both directions approximately 3 inches apart, provides sufficient light now. I gave it 5 stars since the product does work as advertised, just bear in mind you will not get the light output that you might think you will.

Alas, did not work for my purposes... While the product is easy enough to install (and the adhesive backing was plenty strong), I had several performance issues. The remote didn't work. At all. Unless I missed something (and I pulled the battery strip out) the buttons did absolutely nothing; no on/off, no color change, total dud. Luckily the app is easy to install and connects automatically. The blue color didn't work either. You could see a hint of a whisper of blue on the diode but even against bright white paper it was imperceptible. Which means no purple, aqua, etc. The yellow was also quite dim, but the red and green were fine. Finally, the brightness left much to be desired. This part I did not research as thoroughly as I should (new to strip lights) so that's probably my fault. I put them under my cubicle shelves in my office to bring a little color to the room, and even with the overhead lights off, you could BARELY see any color - forget it with the lights on. I will keep them because they were super-cheap with Prime Days, but got what I paid for. Just ordered a better-known brand with a different LED distribution. Good luck!

Despite the fact that Alexa was part of my filters AND the fact that these lights do connect to the Lotus Lantern app via WiFi AND I can see the lights in my bluetooth settings, it won't connect with Alexa. Wish I had read the fine print and had not just went by the WiFi logo as is the case with almost any lights. It seems insane to me that you'd sell a product that can work with an app but not compatible with other universal apps. That said, there's a few really good things - installation was super easy. The smaller sections to connect the strips between shelves meant that I didn't have a ton of extra cord to have to stuff up under the shelf. I was also able to completely take down and reposition and it was still very sticky - that has not been the case with other strip lights I've used. I loved that it came with not just the holders to thread through the connectors but the tape pieces to go behind the wires themselves - it's a very clean look. And the App is also very easy to use. The last downside - the remote does not consistently work, even when I'm standing a few feet from the light. Sometimes a button may do nothing, other times it does something but not what the button indicated.
