A Game-Changer for Long Hours at the Desk – Supportive, Comfortable, and Travel-Friendly
After trying several seat cushions that flattened out or shifted around, the Xtreme Comforts Memory Foam Coccyx Seat Cushion finally delivered on what it promised. I work from home full-time and sit for long stretches, and this cushion has noticeably improved my posture and reduced the pressure on my lower back and tailbone. The U-shaped ergonomic design really does relieve that “numbness” that creeps in after hours of sitting. The memory foam holds its shape well—it feels firm but comfortable, offering real support without collapsing like cheap alternatives. I also appreciate the non-slip bottom, which keeps it in place even on slick office chairs. Bonus points for the carrying handle and storage bag—I’ve taken this cushion on a few long drives and it works just as well in the car or on bleachers. It’s a versatile option if you travel often or want something you can move between office, car, and home. If you're someone dealing with sciatica, tailbone pain, or just general discomfort from sitting too long, this cushion is absolutely worth the investment

Comfortable fit
The most comfortable I have tried. Just which they could extend the length to fit on Morris chairs as well as office chairs.

Even in most ordinary labors, comfort is still our due.
In this steadfast Xtreme Comforts Seat Cushion, shaped of resolute memory foam and crafted for desk, car, or wandering chair of wheels, I found a solace akin to sinking into heather after a long and weary climb. It is a cushion not merely of fabric and form, but of quiet absolution—offering relief to bodies bowed by the unrelenting burdens of toil. When one settles upon it, the foam rises to meet the weary frame with the devotion of a loyal companion, cradling every troubled contour as though intent on guarding the sitter from all further harm. Its ergonomic design, subtle though it may be, exerts a gentle persuasion upon posture, guiding the spine toward its rightful dignity. No harsh command is issued; rather, the support unfurls with the patient firmness of a guiding hand upon a trembling shoulder. Hours spent at labor—before the dim glow of a screen or along the ceaseless miles of road—grow less tyrannical, their edge softened by this small oasis of comfort. For those who know the dull ache that settles into bone and sinew after long confinement to a chair, this cushion stands as a quiet deliverer. It neither boasts nor clamors. It simply endures—faithful, unyielding, and compassionate—allowing the body to reclaim a measure of ease, and the spirit to rise from fatigue’s tightening grasp. Thus does this humble square of foam assume the dignity of a guardian, lending softness to hardship and offering, in its patient support, a gentle reminder that even in the most ordinary labors, comfort is still our due.

Decent cushion
I was waiting to review this until I had been using it for a while but Amazon keeps pestering me with emails to review it so here goes. Mostly ok. Back feels better but legs keep falling asleep. Not sure if because of the cushion, the chair it is being used on, or the old building with uneven floors my office is in. Not the most comfortable I have ever been but does seem to provide adequate support. Less pain is always good though so I'm giving it four stars. Might've gotten five if they'd given me a realistic amount of time to form an opinion.

LOVE this back support! Perfect fit for me :)
I bought two cushion supports for my car seat (which have helped a lot). I'm driving a 2017 Prius and the drivers seat (combined with other factors I'm sure) caused my back to have incredibly severe, painful spasms. I've been doing many things to help Heal it (more details below) and one of them was to buy support cushions. The first cushion I bought (and I'm still using) is a wedge shaped cushion to sit on. My seat is slanted oddly so the front of the seat is higher than the back of the seat which irritates my back ... I wanted it to be more even so the wedge cushion made by Clever Yellow works well enough, and is available on Amazon. The second is this cushion to support my lumbar region. I like it because it has a convex (rather than concave) shape... most lumbar support cushions seem to be concave and that tends to bother my back. This cushion was one of the only convex cushions I could find and I love it!! When I first sat back on it I felt the relief up my spine/back and felt like I was entering a transcendent state. It really was that helpful to me. I also like it because it's taller than most, just the right amount of firmness for me, very thick, has a removable cover, and really supports the length of my back (taller cushion than most). I tried this cushion on a variety of different couches and chairs in addition to my car seat and it worked well on most of them. It was only a bit too thick on one, for me ... a traditional, rolling office chair. It felt like I was falling off the chair a bit because of it at first, although I adjusted it and it was ok. I don't tend to need a cushion on that chair anyway because it offers adequate lumbar support. It *is* a thick pillow. So that is something to consider when purchasing. It pushes me forward a bit in my car seat, which I actually like (I just put my seat back), but that may be an issue for some people. To me, because it is thick, it is also firm. I can sink back and still feel very supported. The cushion doesn't get flattened out like some. I also tried another lumbar cushion by NurtureSoft but it was more concave shaped than I thought it would be from the pictures and it was not as thick or as firm. It didn't work out for me but it got very good reviews so it may work better for you! It was roughly the same dimensions of this one I think, but rather than being taller (vertically), it's wider (horizontally). I wanted and needed more support up the length of my spine. Someone else might want/need more support on the sides. That could help determine which one you choose. Plus your height/torso length! So it may take a little trial and error to find the right one. Luckily, the Xtreme Comforts cushion was my first choice and ended up being my favorite! :) Some other things that have helped my back, that might help you too ... * The book Freedom from Pain by Peter Levine. I can't write much about this one yet, as I just received it today, but I'm looking forward to reading it. I've been doing Trauma/Tension Release Exercises (TRE) multiple times a day and they have really really helped me (along with gradually increasing the distance of my walks), so I'm optimistic about learning about other exercises in the book! * Also planning on buying insoles and new shoes, as well as do Network Spinal Analysis at the chiropractor (a very gentle approach ... traditional chiropractor tends to trigger my body and make the bracing worse). I'm hoping the chiropractor might be able to suggest insoles/shoes and posture-correction apparel as well. A month ago I was unable to move because of my back pain. It's gotten much better and I have Faith it will continue to do so! Grateful for these supportive products to help me function better along the way!! If you're reading this and in pain you're in my heart and prayers. Hope you feel better soon!!! :)

extremely hard
This cushion seems to be well-made but is very uncomfortable. It is extremely hard and actually cut off my circulation in my leg so my foot and leg fell asleep. I do not recommend this if you are planning to sit on it for long periods of time.

I work at a computer and this helped my back pain when I was pregnant. The only downside was that it was thicker than I expected which left me a smaller seat capacity. But it was soft and the straps were flexible enough to be positioned on the chair as needed.

Excellent back support for my lazy boy.

the supplied lumbar cushion I got with my chair was trash. took a punt and got one of these, the soft memory foam had me straight away and I ended up getting 3 of them (Car, Home and Office). Only knit pick is the strap should allow it to be tighter around your more narrow chair backs, apart from that its great.
