Excellent quality, and very light. I use this flour for the sole purpose of sprinkling my sourdough baskets and the top of my sourdough before cold retard in the refrigerator because I find AP flour too heavy for that purpose.

This was great, nothing special about it other than its rice flour. I use it for sourdough baking and now my dough doesn't stick to my bread baskets

I bought it twice, easy to bake, I made it like banana bread and he taste really good

I'm a big sourdough cooker and when I cook the bread I but this on top of it before baking. Works great. Gluten free, flour quality is good, okay value for money. Taste is good.

Great rice flour, however it came damaged last time so it automatically got sent back from the post office, so I had to reorder instead of them sending out a new one automatically.
