Energy: Caffeine, B Vitamins, Ginseng, Electrolyte Drink Tablets, Mixed Flavors, 40 Count

I like these a lot bc we had been using Mio for so long which not only contains food coloring which I HATE, but they say one squirt is one serving, but what is the definition of how long a squirt is? I was fed up with the product and was searching for something better and found Nuun. It has more B vitamins than Mio and no added food coloring that is unnatural. Also, each tablet is one serving which is easy. The taste is not as strong but i actually like that compared to the super strong taste of Mio. It takes a few minutes to dissolve but I don't mind bc it's a better product. Overall I really like these!

These have sodium carbonate in them which does make them fizz and I only use them in 2oz to 4oz of water. I can drink a bottle of water on my own time so it doesn't matter to me to shove it into my entire bottle of water and sip on it. The taste is more concentrated with less water. My whole point of using it is to get to the point of what it's for and that's energy. I don't usually respond well to coffee. It makes me tired and I don't want to drink enough tea to get the energy from it. I just want a quick source of energy and this form of energy works for my body. It may not work for everybody, but for me this is something that I've used and I can count on. They're convenient and easy. You can travel with them, you take them to a friend's house and just add to water. No concerns about what a local store may offer or what your friends may have available. I've done this numerous times because I know I can count on the energy source I get from these. If I'm really looking for a boost, I will combine 2 tablets in 4 oz. of water for the equivalent of 160 mg of Organic Green tea leaf extract (caffeine) and 204mg Organic Panax ginseng root extract.. opposed to the 80mg (caffeine) and 102mg (Panax) each tablet has. Some of the complaints are the taste but I'm one of those that if the purpose is met (energy) then I don't care. To me the taste isn't horrible. Hope this helps.

I've been looking for a less expensive alternative to another rehydration product. Nuun Energy came in at half the price so I thought I'd give it a try. The packaging is very functional tubes which are easy to transport. THE PRODUCT: These are rather large tablets that are meant to dissolve in a bottle of water. HOWEVER the tablets should be redesigned to actually fit through the neck of the bottle. As they stand, you must break the tablet in half to fit in the bottle. Once in the bottle, do not expect the product to dissolve immediately. After vigorous shaking, the pieces of the tablet remained intact. After 5-10 minutes they dissolved. THE TASTE: I dissolved the tablet in standard water bottle (500mL). The taste was tart, not sweet, with a slight effervescence. Not that much flavor, but palatable. PERFORMANCE: I took the product at 7pm, which is kind of late for a caffeinated product. My bad. Overall the caffeine "lift" was effective for a few hours with little jitters. I did have issues sleeping that night, so I could tell that it was working. Again, taking it late in the day was my mistake, so I can attest that it was "stimulating" and effective in that regards. From an electrolyte standpoint, I experienced none of the leg cramps that I normally get in the overnights so, while not a scientific study, the product seemed effective there too. FINAL THOUGHTS: While the taste left something to be desired, and the tablets didn't fit into the neck of the water bottle, I found that the Naan energy product delivered, as promised, and would recommend as a coffee or "energy drink" alternative.

Big fan of these! They're great for hydration and very easy to use – you just pop them in water and let them dissolve. I take one in the morning, which allows me to get some caffeine earlier. I also don't feel a caffeine "crash" after these! Flavors aren't overly strong, but are quite pleasant. The Ginger Lime flavor is definitely my favorite.
