This stuff is awesome if you are hungover or just feeling blah. Still the best hydration drink on the market. Try the tangerine, pear or grape flavors.

For the most part liquid IV is great, but there are certain flavors that don't go with me such as passionfruit or watermelon. Every other flavor seems to be pretty good.

I think watermelon might be the best flavor. Dissolves fast and tastes pretty good. The packets are small enough to pack in any bag. Great alternative to hydrate quickly.

Not bad at all need a bit more water w it then reg size bottle of water if you use those. It's over powering I feel w / smaller bottles on the go. But I was feeling extremely dehydrated and I felt better after using these

Most disgusting thing I’ve ever drank by far. I’m normally a big fan of liquid IV, but this was straight up awful. Also, the packaging was horrible, it had tons of creases and also looked like it had been opened before I got it. DO NOT GET

The flavor is amazing. It is great for hot summer days when you start to feel sluggish, after workouts to rehydrate, and to help with hangovers. The cost is a lil much in my opinion, but it doesn't stop me from having these stocked in my pantry.
