Is there a tray to catch the excess grease if used for bacon or sausage?

Yes. The grease catcher tray is accessible on the opposite side from the warming tray.

Arrived and is missing TWO of the rubber pegs.

Return or ask for replacement, or remove the other two.

The griddle is copper titanium? Why doesn't the picture look like other Bella griddles that are actually copper color/coating?

When cooking is it even across the full cook surface or hotter around the loop/heating element?

Seems even to me. I cook 4 large pancakes and three large quesadillas. All are even. It definitely cooks alot hotter than the one I had before.
