1 year later and this Lid is amazing
I am writing this review a year after having this cap, it is great. I am back to buy the lid again as a gift for a friend. Hydroflask did not offer a cap in this style, and this one works great and is a no crazy expensive. It has held up this entire time, i use my water bottle everyday and have had no problems with it. You can run it through the dish washer and not tons of little parts to take out an clean which is really nice. It is easy to use and does not leak at all and fits the water bottle size as described.

After 6 months of drops and bangs...
Ive gone through 2 of these flask lids from other companies, and so far this one has held up best. My only gripe is that sometimes the lid CAN be crossthreaded if youre not paying attention, and it wont form a full seal, hence it leaking out in your bag or on the floor lol.

Perfect fit
I have a bottle i bought for my kids from target and the handle piece on the bottle broke off (likely due to my kids using it to swing the bottle back and forth). The bottle is great and i didnt want to spend even more money to get another one. Thankfully, it has the same dimensions as a hydro flask and this lid fit perfectly. no leaks and works just like the know broken one.

Hydro flask replacement lid
I have two of these. One for my 32oz hydro that I use at work and one for my 32oz hydro at home. I purchased the work one first and it functions perfectly. No leaking noted. Easy to open. It’s great. Therefore I bought another one for my home hydro. Not as good! Very difficult to correctly screw the cap on after filling. Leaks constantly when drinking! Hence the reason for four stars as opposed to five.

Great cap for chugs!
Looked for a lid that was easy to drink a lot of water fast. The wide mouth slit cap doesn’t let you do that because of the air vent. The wide mouth alone is too wide and spills too much. The straw caps might be okay but don’t want to go through the process of cleaning them. This cap has the grip loop, slightly larger opening than aplastic water bottle and is leak proof. Does everything I want.
