Great Training Aid
I like the product because it helps me to stop thinking about my wrist position and to focus on other aspects of the tennis stroke. The click sound is like a turn on switch for me and from that point on I know my wrist is in the correct position. It adds an auditory dimension to my tennis stroke learning process.

I liked it helped wit my wrist action but it is irritating my hand

Tennis Swing Wrist Training Aid
Great training aid for those that have issues in "slapping" their rackets. I play Pickleball and have a tendency to "slap" at the ball due to me bending my wrist too much. I put this on my wrist and it helps me focus on keeping my wrist straight and gives me more control to hit accurate shots.

It works, but...
I'm not sold on this yet. It definitely works and is comfortable to wear, but the clicking is loud and distracting to my partner and opponents. Therefore, I have rarely used it. If I took private lessons, had a ball machine to practice with, or if the training aid itself was quieter, I would use it more.

Amazing for Serve
Amazing for serving, teaching kids/beginners and intermediate players to not waiter tray the serve is usually pretty difficult as they can’t see when they do it wrong, this helps them know and create proper muscle memory, my clients and I loved it and I ordered more
